Credit Repair BEST Launches New Answers Service

Credit Repair BEST, a premier website for providing free information and advice about consumer credit and credit repair, announces the creation of a new Q and A resource where visitors can access a library of questions about credit, ask a new question, or provide an answer to an existing question.

As has been proven with the popularity of services like Yahoo! Answers, which currently boasts millions of questions and answers, there is sizable demand for resources people can use to receive answers to their specific questions. However, a problem with many of these major services is the quality of information they contain. Especially when dealing with credit related topics, the answers people are providing are frequently unhelpful or patently incorrect which could have damaging consequences to people who are relying on this information to make decisions.

Credit Repair BEST aims to overcome this problem by far more closely moderating questions and answers than other services typically do. Unlike other services where the burden of preserving quality is placed on the community, Credit Repair BEST answers will be actively monitored by the staff and checked for relevance and accuracy.

"Our aim is to create a valuable resource people can refer to when they have questions about the credit rating", said a spokesperson for Credit Repair BEST. "Credit is a big issue in this country right now and people are more interested than ever in learning what options they have when it comes to making the most of their credit score. I see consumers asking questions in various places on the Net and the answers they receive certainly leave something to be desired. It's unfortunate when I see someone with a genuine question about credit repair that receives an answer that is insulting, incomplete, inaccurate, or nothing more than as ad for a service."

To help incentivize people knowledgeable in credit repair to contribute their answers, Credit Repair BEST makes special effort to attribute answers to the experts who provided them. Currently, this involves allowing posters to include their name, website address, company name, and even phone number. Moving forward, additional measures are planned to be implemented such as the inclusion of website thumbnail images, preferred poster designations, and more.

"There are a lot of people out there with valuable information people need, but when they try to share this information, they tend to get drown out by the noise of the Web. We're providing a forum for people with legitimate credit questions to find the answers they are looking for."
