If you are trying to burn weight fast and lose your belly fat there are specific exercises that will help you accomplish your goals. First of all there is no need to spend hours upon hours in the gym and with expensive personal trainers. All you really need to shed those unwanted pounds is to follow certain dietary guidelines and perform certain exercises.

Combo walking on an inclined treadmill: What the heck is combo walking? Simple... you walk forwards for 1 minute and then you turn around and walk backwards for 1 minute. Keep alternating between them for a total of 20 minutes.

Jump-ups onto a bench: This is a great fast-paced cardio exercise in which you jump up onto a bench with both feet. Then you jump down. Do this as fast as possible for 1 minute non-stop. Do this for a total of 3 sets. Rest 45 seconds between sets. Do this twice a week.

What is Aerobic Exercise? : Aerobic exercises are physical activities that work to increase the rates of your heart and respiration. When your heart and lungs are working more actively it promotes greater oxygen flow through your body. It also strengthens your heart and lung function.

Walking: Walking is one of the best aerobic exercises that can help you in bringing down your weight. Start with slow walking if you have been sedentary for quite some time. After you have got familiar with the exercise, take to faster walking. Walking is the simplest and most effective exercise as it does not require any special equipment.

Running: Running is another aerobic exercise that is suitable for youngsters, And also Bicycling, rowing, jogging, step aerobics, dancing and climbing are the other cardio exercises that are the most beneficial in your weight loss program.

Stepping: Stepping is a great way to get your heart beating and to burn calories. You can use your stairs at home, but for best results I suggest buying specialized stackable step mats and stack them up to at least 15 inches (38 cm). Do 2 to 3 sets of 20 steps each to begin. Even though you may not feel like the stepping is helping, it is! This exercise will not only help you lose weight but will also help shape up your buttocks and legs.

Jump Rope: Jumping rope is considered as one among the best boot camp exercises and the most beneficial and efficient workout that a person can do. Jumping rope is really a fun filled exercise which can be done anywhere and it suits everyone who is interested in. This way of exercise can help you burn about 1000 calories per hour. The workout helps you lean muscles both in the upper and lower body and it tones all the body muscles when it is performed.
